To cope with the world’s challenges, future leaders must have technical, analytical and interpersonal skills, but also characteristics of leadership and responsibility.
These inspiring words were some of the key messages that former Belgian Prime Minister, Yves Leterme, recently conveyed to our students during the official inauguration of ESADE’s MBA facilities.
The new MBA classrooms on our Sant Cugat Campus are filled with life and diversity. The first graduating class to enjoy these facilities is highly multicultural – 92% of students are from over 50 countries around the world.
When we designed the new MBA facilities, one of our ultimate goals was to prevent our students from being isolated from the economic reality. So these facilities were strategically built within ESADECREAPOLIS to create synergies between our students and the companies and start-ups that share this innovation hub.
We chose an innovation park because we believe that, in any economy, there can be no future without innovation. We also chose it because innovation requires an entrepreneurial attitude, a capacity for risk, and a will to conquer the future; three attitudes that we believe our students embrace. Proof of this is the fact that many of our MBAs have become successful entrepreneurs who have gone on to launch new businesses around the world.
Hopefully, these new MBA facilities and their direct connection with the companies sharing the same space will create new synergies that will help address the world’s challenges.
